TBT is an annual, 5-on-5, single elimination basketball tournament. Anyone 18 or older can enter a team or play. In 2017, 64 teams will play for a winner takes all prize of $2 million. In coordination with the tournament, on Aug. 2 the players and teams will have a chance to volunteer in the community. The Upton Community will host a day of giving. Volunteers and players will clean up Pennsylvania Avenue from MLK to Fulton. We will also host an opportunity for “pop-up shops” within the Avenue Market. [...]
